Welcome to our Online Consultation Service. Please read the following guidelines carefully before booking your consultation.
🕒 Duration of Consultation
- Each consultation slot is 15 minutes.
- If additional time is required, you may book multiple slots in advance.
📋 Before Consultation
- Please fill in the case paper form provided on our website before your consultation.
- This helps us understand your health concerns better and provide accurate guidance.
💳 Consultation Charges
- ₹1200/- per session (15 minutes)
- Payment must be made in advance via online transfer only.
- ⚠️ Consultation charges once paid are non-refundable.
📅 Availability
- Monday to Saturday
- Consultation Timings: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (IST)
- For international patients, consultation/chat timings will be mutually pre-decided.
- Consultations will be conducted via chat or video call on WhatsApp.
💰 Payment Process
- For payments within India, you can use UPI transfer:
UPI Number: 9175069155 - If required, you may request our bank account details for NEFT/online transfer.
- After you confirm your booking, we can also send you a payment gateway link.
- ⚠️ If consultation payment is not received before the scheduled time, your slot will be cancelled automatically.
💊 Medicines & Delivery
- Medicine charges are separate and payable after consultation via online bank transfer.
- Once payment is received, medicines will be dispatched to your postal address via Indian Speed Post or reputed courier services.
- Courier charges will be applicable as per actual service cost.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Consultation charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Medicine charges once paid are also non-refundable.
- Our online consultation service is for non-emergency medical advice only.
- In case of any medical emergency, please visit your nearest hospital immediately.
