• One consultation slot = 15-30minutes

• Please fill out the case paper form provided below.

💳 Consultation Charges

• USD $75/- per session (1 slot)
• Payment must be made in advance via online transfer before the consultation.
• ⚠️ Consultation charges once paid are non-refundable.

📅 Availability

• For international patients, consultation/chat timings will be pre-decided as per mutual availability.
• Consultation will be conducted in the form of chat or video call via WhatsApp or Zoom.

💰 Payment Process

• After you confirm your consultation, we will send you a secure payment gateway link.
• Alternatively, you may request our bank details for direct online transfer.
• Important: If payment is not received before your consultation, your slot will be automatically cancelled.

• Charges for medicines are separate and payable after consultation via online bank transfer.
• Upon successful payment, medicines will be couriered to your postal address.
• Courier charges will be applied as per actual service cost.
• ⚠️ Medicine charges once paid are also non-refundable.
